I’ve been stumbling upon some interesting random bits – all related in the sense that they are things that I’ve been thinking about lately, like ageing & growing old with the person you love, & how we are likely to die much later than our ancestors.
Napping is one of my favourite things to do, so I was delighted to see this piece about ‘how to nap at work’. And in case you’re really confused about how long you need to nap & if you should rather be drinking be coffee instead, here is some advice.
If you are a parent, have a parent or have seen parents in action, then you might have noticed that it is a tough task. Things like slow parenting & how to teach your child manners, like how not to interrupt, are serious considerations.
And then some advice for those who love a mani, but battle to make it last.
Then lastly, I was reading this recently about a certain celeb mom who literally used her six kids to build a massive empire (know who I’m talking about?). In a strange way it has inspired me to focus on what I have & use it to my advantage. Sounds obvious, I know, but it’s worth a reminder.
Stay warm (or cool)!
