STRAWBERRY & LIME SPARKLING DRINK // This is my new favourite drink. It contains zero alcohol & no sugar. So refreshing on a scorching day. What do you think?🍓🍋‍🟩🍓🍋‍🟩🍓🍋‍🟩

Here's how you make it:

Ingredients:
1 Cup of Frozen Strawberries
Juice of 2 Limes
Sparkling Water
½ Teaspoon of Lime Caviar
About 6 fresh mint leaves
Ice
Lime Slices for Garnish

Equipment:
NutriBullet
SodaStream Machine (to make sparkling water or just buy some!)

Method:
Add your frozen strawberries, 3-4 mint leaves & about 2 tablespoons of water to a NutriBullet. Whizz up the mixture until you have a smooth slushy consistency. Add ice to two glasses, divide the slushy strawberry mixture between the two glasses & top up with sparkling water. Stir if you required. Garnish with a fresh lime slice or finger lime !

LOBSTER LOVE // 🦞🤍🦞🤍🦞

I am totally obsessed with lobsters at the moment! I even wore my lobster shirt & custom made some lobster Xmas baubles with my CriCut machine for these pictures. 🤪

If you also think they’re amazing (Christmas) décor, then you should really get your hands on the Crayfish Cracker Collection from @iamcrackers . They are just the bomb. 💥 The crackers are made from recycled paper, plus the gifts inside are curated, fun & actually usable (like key rings, tape measures, coffee scoops, luggage tags). Did I mention that you can also have them personalised with the names of your guests? 😍😍😍

After a really difficult October, I'm focussing on the fun & beautiful things around... Let's face it: death & loss will knock you down proper. One day at a time.

Here are (some of) my favourite things of November:

🍬🎄 Festivities hosted by my wonderful friends plus my favourite dress from @me_and__b (pic: @mialelong )

🌞 Mornings & calm evenings in Johannesburg. Priceless.

🏊‍♀️ Turns out that being a swim mom means many hours - even days - by the pool. It also means you have to (try your best to) take action shots. Can you tell that I nailed it? 🙈

😎 Surviving Gr 5 (exams) + awards season. 🙏🏻

🥩 This month I continued to cook & test. Rinse & repeat. We had an especially amazing time at the @beefandlambsa food styling & photography workshop.

🌺 Peony season = my favourite.
