I really enjoyed reading the article on cutting out refined sugars from ones diet.
Having put my own metabolism under a similar experiment over a year ago, I was surprised at how much more “alive” I felt and how groggy sugar made me feel. Unfortunately this Christmas revealed my sweet tooth again.
